This is an ongoing collection of photos of life I encounter. I tend to look for moments to grasp a sense of beauty and honesty in human nature. Because of this work, I’ve learned how sincerity correlates to trust. These people will never see me again, but I will know them for the rest of my life through these photos. These are portraits of people I have encountered. I really enjoy when my subjects are open to having a photograph taken of them. It leads to great interaction, and nice expression, especially when they forget about the presence of my camera. I love to do candid portraiture like this because it tells a story, and it highlights a journey, all in one moment.
